The big buzzword for this is integration. The established explanation for this sort of thing is that it is a failure of integration. (Setting aside that the easiest solution for integration problems are monocultural societies.) At first glance this cannot entirely be an failure of integration due to role of the social services and the press, both likely to staffed by +90% do-gooder white people. But really it is an integration problem, just something that is outside of what is usually referred to as an “integration problem”. This is an integration problem spanning different classes of white people.
