Diamond and Silk

More socio-ideological scrambling. Camille Paglia describes them as a ‘revelation‘, linking to this one. (They’ve done a bunch.) Their latest is on the Chicago disorder. Their David Duke commentary is also a thing of wonder.

Here they are with the Donald, and doing Fox.

This is Saturday popcorn material, but it’s not short of discussion potential. Their lopsided double act is a piece of artistry (as the Fox piece makes clear).

“Choo-choo that train to glory!”

They have to be driving more than a few people nuts.

The great American entertainment tradition, Afro-Trump version? In democracy, every idea must be sweetened before the mindless clapping hands will clap for it.

A.A.’s have everything to gain with a Trump presidency, as I think he’s implied in some rambling speech or another. I said this at Sailer’s the other day, but I’ll repeat it here: it must piss blacks off to no end that while they’ve been in America for 400 years, recent arrivals from the Middle East, Asia, and Mexico are now trying to cut in front of them in the racial grievances line. (Chris Rock struck back in his performance at the Oscars.)

I’m not at all surprised to find black Trump supporters. In general, blacks dislike Mexicans (and the sentiment is generally returned). Where I grew up outside L.A., the “race fights” at the high schools were always black on brown. Not a novel point, Sailer and Derbyshire mention it all the time, but that’s also why it’s not a shocker to find blacks responding to Trump’s Deport-The-Messicans rhetoric. The black/brown/yellow anti-white alliance exists only on elite university campuses and in the wet dreams of George Soros.

Blacks will benefit from Trump’s immigration and trade policies more than anyone. If Trump really wants to drop a bombshell he should come out for affirmative action ONLY for slave descended blacks and native americans. Then, going into his second term, advocate for ending affirmative action in privately owned enterprises (while still having it in publically traded companies and government organizations) . Last, advocate for freedom of association but then give the slave descended blacks a one time reparations payment.

as a member of a trade union i can tell you i have had same thought it would be brilliant Hispanics get AA for no reason but employers prefer them to blacks whites instead of living with a 10% displacement now have a 40% problem that idea would be huge to whites as well but unassailable as such. whats also great about it is is very few realize Hispanics are getting preferential treatment for american jobs people are under the impression americans dont want the jobs
