You realize any Monarch would appeal to the people, as would a dictator? Right?

Then explain what is really happening.

Please explain also where democracy goes, if sovereignty is conserved [if you can call anarcho-tyranny sovereignty] what about the democratic impulse? And long traditions back 1000 years?
