Icon of the Age

Let’s all give a big welcome to Fukuppy (via).

(I’m working on a racist version called “Fukuppity”.)

“When we first reported to the world the incredible SNAFU that was the Obamacare Helpline number, the reaction was one of disbelief by most until they checked the details and realized that indeed 1-800-F U-CKYO was real.”

“Spooky?” Surely you don’t believe that’s mere chance…

Numerological Freudian slips are somewhat outside my realm of credulity.

…right, which leaves Contempt as the most probable explanation.

Sultan Fukuppy tells Univision as soon as he gets money from Congress, he’ll push on immigration. The Evil Repubs are holding that up too. It makes one wonder if Tea secretly captured the King.

And BTW the Tea Party may be wrestling for the steering wheel. However they’re also you see…most of the “car”.

Now we see if it’s just October, or Red October.

    Swerve!! But will the House….

Sooner or later the circles of insane choices and events.

And far more dread: A Terrible People in open contest have girded their loins, and call their enemy by name.

    Unlimited Damages and Liability

What is the Law concerning deliberate and repeated racial discrimination and sexual harassment in an organization?

The Law – a verdict of guilty awards unlimited punitive damages and liability. That is the plaintiffs bankrupt the guilty.

And America is guilty of these crimes in the eyes of it’s Ruling classes.

Of course from a business standpoint, there’s a lot of ruin in a nation.

I bring good tidings to Reaction. Financial Security and the corner office may be at hand.

    Et Judæus esse Rex ergo?

My god, it’s almost like, I don’t know, politics and ethics don’t necessarily have anything to do with each other, and humanitarianism isn’t the sure bet almost every publication (left or right) pretends it is.

    Hasten Dark Enlightenment.

Aristothenes return to first principles. Politics is a Reality TV show called “This Town”. Hundreds do not outnumber millions in council.

We elect several Hundreds. The Councils are several millions of gaping maw children of anarcho-tyranny, they were disciplined enough to get to the tyranny side. Their core product and service offering is the subsidizing of anarchy in exchange for them being the tyrants.

No ethics are possible. The side of humanity being subsidized literally shits and pisses where it lives. Had they been locked in the Walmart EBT Thede would have begun to shit and piss next to the abandoned shopping carts. If you don’t believe me work in the hood. As Tattoos have crossed over from Trailer Park to Hood, we shall see shit/piss in situ cross to the Trailer park, if it hasn’t already. [This is my bowing to convention.]

This is the Humanitarian policy of USG. Reducere hominibus De subus.

    Antisthenes Reply:

Agreed, and this is exactly why ethics and politics cannot and should not be conflated, and those who try do so should be viewed with utmost suspicion.

This is specifically because there are social categories – all too common – to which political categories apply, but for which the conditions of possibility for ethics are not there. It is extremely hard to say in what sense a person without responsibilities can have rights.

Those that are utterly compromised – whether by uncritical acceptance of ideology, drug addiction, cowardice, dependence on welfare, lack of self-discipline, mindless hedonism, or all of the above (not too rarely) – lack the conditions of possibility for ethics whilst also seeming to drive much of contemporary politics.

This is why we need to subsidize genderless toilet facilities ever 10 feet. And Obamacare of course. http://anti-gnostic.blogspot.com/2013/10/the-policy-rationale-behind-government.html
