Running a successful, honest small business in many parts of America is the equivalent I suppose of successfully negotiating swift, effective treatment from the NHS.
And you have to be truly sick to found a business now looking at the odds stacked against you.
BTW very shortly the NHS will have better health care than America, because these greedy stupid fools here don’t realize our government’s policy toward us can be summed as: They.Mean.Harm.
I doubt the NHS intends, and certainly wasn’t founded with the idea of genocide against the English in mind.
