Mexico brain drains and its national IQ goes down ,but here in the US those bright Mexicans are still below our US average or possibly they brought along enough dumb relatives to offset themselves so America also has declining IQ. now we average all the declining national averages and this eighth grade drop out wants to know how the world got a lower IQ when no ones moved to mars
